Rules for using RunHarvester

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of RunHarvester, including its website, dashboard, proxy inventory, collection processes, scrape jobs, APIs, exports, billing, support, and related services.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan or credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RunHarvester.

RunHarvester is operated by Isentró Kft, registered at 1082 Budapest, Corvin sétány 6, 8th floor, unit 4, Hungary.

If you use RunHarvester for an organization or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity and to submit the domains, URLs, credentials, rules, and data used with the service.

You are responsible for protecting account credentials, API keys, proxy credentials, recovery codes, and connected services, and for activity performed through your account.

RunHarvester provides tools for operating proxy pools, scheduling collection processes, running scrape jobs, extracting web data, and delivering results through supported interfaces.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only where you have the rights, permissions, or other legal basis required for the requested collection and processing.

• Respect applicable laws, website terms, access controls, robots directives where relevant, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, and contractual restrictions.
• Use reasonable request rates and collection patterns that do not disrupt, overload, or damage third-party systems.
• Configure allowlists, denylists, schedules, retention, and access permissions appropriately for your use case.

• Do not bypass authentication, paywalls, technical access controls, CAPTCHAs, or security measures without authorization.
• Do not collect passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, health records, precise location data, private communications, or other sensitive data without a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.
• Do not use RunHarvester for malware, phishing, credential attacks, spam, surveillance, harassment, discrimination, fraud, denial-of-service activity, or infringement.
• Do not resell account access, proxy credentials, or service capacity unless a written agreement expressly permits it.

You retain responsibility for submitted configuration and collected output. You grant RunHarvester the limited rights needed to process that material and operate the service.

Web content, proxy endpoints, geolocation data, status codes, latency measurements, and extracted results can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, duplicated, or unavailable. You must validate outputs before relying on them.

RunHarvester is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party sites, networks, content, terms, availability, or decisions unless expressly stated.

Features may be free, trial-based, subscription-based, credit-based, or usage-based. Current limits, included capacity, prices, taxes, renewal terms, and trial conditions are shown during checkout or in the billing area.

You authorize RunHarvester and its payment providers to process applicable charges. Failed payments, chargebacks, abuse, or exhausted limits may result in restricted or suspended access.

Credits and promotional balances have no cash value, may expire where disclosed, and may be adjusted where fraud, abuse, technical error, or eligibility issues are identified.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Proxy availability, target-site behavior, request success, geographic coverage, throughput, and job completion are not guaranteed unless a separate written service-level agreement applies.

We may change features, limits, integrations, providers, prices, or workflows to maintain security, compliance, performance, and product quality.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, abusive traffic, unlawful activity, provider restrictions, or conduct that threatens RunHarvester, its users, or third parties.

You may stop using the service and cancel eligible subscriptions through available account or billing controls. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunHarvester is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or guaranteed collection results.

RunHarvester is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized collection, reliance on inaccurate output, third-party blocking, proxy failure, target-site changes, user configuration, exported data, or systems outside our control.

Any liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any separate written agreement that expressly applies to your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Where permitted by law, the courts located in Budapest, Hungary will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or RunHarvester.
